Research On Spatial Poverty And The Differentiation Mechanism Of Xiji County In Ningxia

Poverty is a kind of economic phenomenon since there is the human society, at the same time is also a kind of social phenomenon. To seek out of poverty, pursuit of happiness life is human never discontinuity of hard struggle and practice historically. Today, poverty is still a major economic and social problems around the world pay close attention to, is also China’s socialist economic construction in poor areas need to be addressed in the major strategic issues.After more than30years of poverty alleviation work in China, rural poverty population reduces year by year, poor distribution character has changed:poverty population is concentrated in the southwest DaShiShanqu (Lack of soil), The northwest loess plateau(An acute shortage of water), Qinba mountains poverty (divide big, less arable land, traffic land, serious soil and water loss) and the Tibetan Gao Hanqu (such as a serious shortage of accumulated temperature) in some classes, poor distribution present obvious geographical characteristics. This is "spatial poverty" theory and the range of "poverty" geography research. Based on "China’s rural poverty alleviation and development program (2011-2020)" to determine Liupan Mountain continuous strands in the Xiji County as the research object, in the villages and towns as the basic unit, such as poverty and poor geographical space related theory as the instruction, with the support of ArcGIS software, based on the Zonal spatial data Statistics tool, through the Pearson correlation analysis, establishing geographic capital system. Application of GIS and BP-ANN technology, geographical capital index and its spatial distribution simulation, poverty index computing space, space divided into poverty region types and map space poverty, reveal the spatial pattern of poverty and its differentiation mechanism, provide poor region type differentiation explanation framework, in order to study area and similar regional poverty and poverty alleviation and development to provide important theoretical basis, main research conclusion includes:(1)Obtained by Pearson correlation analysis, the mechanism of regional poverty problem is summarized as:Natural conditions is the most basic factors lead to a regional poverty, and social poverty condition aggravated the poverty trend on the basis;Economic condition is the effective elimination of the poverty relief area. And through the OLS regression estimate analysis, quantify the degree that every factors influence to regional poverty;(2)The space simulation analysis-Based on GIS and BP neural network shows that:The higher natural impoverishing index of eight villages and towns are mainly concentrated in the mountainous region of northeast soil, the lower natural impoverishing index is distributied in hulu river area and parts of the southwest loess hilly-gully region; The higher social poverty index of eight villages and towns are mainly concentrated in the south and northeast region of Xiji county, the biggest common of that eight towns is the hui people accounts for over70%of the total people; The spatial distribution characteristics of Economic poverty elimination is not typical than natural, social poverty index, its distribution is relatively messy; Jiqiang town is home to Xiji county administrative center, the economic trade activity is frequent, economic development level is higher than other villages and towns.(3)Based on defined by regional poverty alleviation pressure index analysis showed that:Pressure index is larger for poverty alleviation of villages and towns was mainly distributed in north and northeast hickey sees due to the soil, poor natural conditions, backward too much social pressure (population) and the economic base of three typical regional poverty related factors such as, led to the regional poverty alleviation pressure index is larger and poverty is on the high side.Combining the above researchs, put forward the further process of poverty alleviation countermeasures for each villages and towns in Xiji county, mainly including:(1)In the natural poverty index high focus on the protection of rural ecological environment, in good condition area development of facility agriculture, implementing ecological immigration conditions.(2)In higher social poverty index and economic poverty elimination index lower township infrastructure construction, promote social and economic development.(3)Xiji county need to strengthen education, fitness, health and other social security, improve the whole quality of farmers.
