In the report of The Eighteen National Congress of the CPC.the Central Committee of the Party pointed out that:"Adhere to the road of new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, promoting the informationization and industrialization depth fusion,industrialization and urbanization to be interaction, urbanization and agricultural modernization to be intercoordination, in order to promote industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization synchronous development."As an important task of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan","The four modernizations synchronization"is an important deployment of the central from the view of the well-off society comprehensively build on the basis of the law of the modernization development,this deployment can greatly speed up the process of modernization construction.The study object is’four modernizations synchronization’ development in Linfen. Through the field investigation and interview of the author for more than a year and with the in-depth analysis of the development patterns’ differences among different regions in domestic and overseas, the study gat a further exploration on the midwest and resource-based city in less developed areas how to comprehensively carry forward’the industrialization, urbanization, informationization and agricultural modernization’ in development to be the first to get the new road of resource-based economy development and how to achieve the dialectical unity of’four modernizations synchronization’ and economic transtion to get the new road of sustainability, effectiveness and coordination from the aspect of the development history, existing problem,future direction,etc, of’four modernizations synchronization’ development in Linfen.Although as a typical resources city,Linfen does not belong to the developed areas.Not only to achieve economic transformation, but also to make the economy development is rapid, is a major problem for Linfen.The "four modernizations synchronization" is just able to connect two better, and promote scientific development of Linfen.From the "four modernizations synchronization" approach, we must continue to adjust the industrial structure, and promote the emergence of a new economic growth point,and then make some transformation of the traditional industry on the basis.at last led the "four modernizations synchronization "to be coordinated development,resource type area transition must go through this process.
