The Research Of Urbanization Effect On Economic Growth In Four Modernizations Synchronization Under The Background Of Innovation-driven

In innovation-driven context, China should continue to promote the development of four modernizations synchronized way and maintain the steady growth of our economy. There are three ways that innovation driven economic growth namely:innovation imput, innovation intermediate output and innovation final output. Four modernizations are that industrialization, information technology, urbanization and agricultural technology.Use the panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities to establish the four modernizations and economic growth model. Five models are:the role of urbanization in increasing years of education, the four modernizations in increasing employment role, the urbanization in increasing fixed asset investment, the four modernizations in promoting scientific and technological progress and stimulating effect of the four modernizations on GDP. From 2001 to 2012, urbanization rate increase 1 percentage stimulating employment, education, investment and science and technology and thus the total average pulling is 2.133502 of GDP growth rate among 31 provinces and municipalities; actual boost average of urbanization is 0.031071; the average value of proportion of actual pulling of GDP growth rate to the total GDP growth rate is 0.272037.In developed countries, human resources intensity, R&D intensity, patent intensity these numbers are all higher than China and other less developed countries. In the investment intensity, proportion of high-tech products export to total manufacturing exports, our country are higher than the other developed countries, China needs to continue to maintain a high investment intensity, and increasing human resources intensity and R&D intensity, in order to shorten the gap with developed countries.Agriculture is the foundation of the four modernizations, but also important support of the development of the other three, at the same time industrialization need to play a pivotal role in the four modernizations, industrialization support mass production of agricultural modernization production, providing supplies and equipment to support the realization of agricultural modernization; urban development provides an important human resource base and infrastructure, providing the necessary conditions to improve the quality of workers. Industrialization, urbanization, agriculture and information technology are closely linked. Development of information industry is based on the advantages and traditional industries, and thus strengthen the development of the information industry. Input advanced technology in the development of new products and manufacturing to the production process, constantly improving the technological content and technology of products in order to achieve combination of information technology, agriculture, urbanization and industrialization. Encourage enterprises to cooperate with research institutes extensively, which will combine information services and traditional industries, and strengthen technological exchanges and cooperation, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
