| Four Modernizations theory is formally proposed in the Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party.The theory has been an important development strategy for the construction of China’s modernization in the current period since the proposal,and has aroused extensive attention in academic community.Capturing the starting point of the "Four Modernizations Synchronization" strategy is vital to realize the modernization.The new urbanization construction plays an important role in promoting domestic demand and maintaining the rapid economic growth in china.Therefore,under the background of "all in order to promote development,do everything possible to build a well-off society”,it is the inevitable choice to select new urbanization as a breakthrough of the "Four Modernizations Synchronization" development strategy.The specific structure and content of this research paper is as following:The first part defines the basic concepts.On the basis of the scientific and reasonable definition of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,this part compares the differences between new urbanization and traditional urbanization,and discusses the significance of promoting the construction of new urbanization under the background of the implementation of “Four Modernizations Synchronization”.The second part expounds the inner logic relationship between urbanization and other three.This part clarifies the collaborative relationship among urbanization and the other three,after elaborating the basic concepts.The third part describes the current situation of new urbanization development.This part concludes the achievements China has acquired in the new urbanization,and analyzes the issues existed.The fourth part puts forward the strategy to promote the new urbanization.This part explains the methods to solve the issues mentioned in the third part,including adhere to the people-oriented approach to promote the process of agricultural population migration,adopt the reasonable layout method to improve the efficiency of land using,improve the city’s sustainable development ability,effectively prevent "urban diseases",and improve the urbanization mechanism. |
