In recent years Hunan province have focused on building aresource-conserving and environment-friendly society,realized the sustainabledevelopment strategy, promoted the development of the industrial ecology to a certainextent. This article is for industrial ecology study and accurates evaluation on theecological level of area.,targeting improvement strategy,and promoting theimprovement of industrial ecology. So it is of some important value.This thesis arranged industrial ecology theory and related circulation of ecology,economics and other related theory systematically.I difinited the connotation ofecological areas and comb out the ecological evaluation method.Then put forward thesuitable for current Chinese provincial level of ecological evaluation index system onthe basis of systematically. Construct the evaluation model of regional ecologicaldevelopment. Industry of Hunan province economic development and resourceenvironment at present was systematically described, and put the development actualsituation level into comprehensive evaluation.whth the data of Hunan province in2002-2011and the five surrounding provinces in2009-2011, get the common factorand the corresponding score by using factor analysis. Using gross score evaluationand comparing changes in the target area for development with a single factor,So Ifind the level of ecological development of Hunan province,and find out theadvantages and existing in the development of gap according to the principalcomponent factor analysis development form. On the basis of the analysis ofdeveloping key direction and fields, with three aspects: macro, meso and micro, andfrom the enterprise, government, individual and society main body Angle, This thesisputs forward relevant countermeasures for development of Hunan industry ecologypath. Through analyzing level evaluation of the ecological industry in Hunan province,I found that on the whole ecological level had rising trend in nearly a decade andhunan province is in the medium level when compared with the surroundingprovinces. In score performance of main factor for hunan province, industry ecologypresents at the macro aspects is relatively stable, and the overall situation in the microlevel is good. According to the characteristics of the evaluation analysis and presentsituation of Hunan province,combined with the level of industrial ecologydevelopment and implementation of the subject, from macro to micro levels, thisthesis concludes development countermeasures for developing ecological: Give fullplay to the government management function at macro level.
