With the deepening development of Internet and network communication,the impact of broadband on various enterprises and home users is getting bigger and bigger.Party and government organs,enterprise groups,schools and universities are increasingly inseparable from broadband services.For "Yangjiang Telecom ",to increase revenue and quantity of broadband users is a big challenge.There are three main reasons.First is that " Yangjiang Telecom " broadband is already the main profit point,so it's difficult to improve revenue of existing ascending profit;Second,competition of market is more and more tough in Yangjiang.Therefore,how to improve " Yangjiang Telecom " broadband,and use the high speed,high quality lead to the development of other business,to find new business growth points,become the key to competition of " Yangjiang Telecom " in the future.This study analyzes "Yangjiang Telecom" local broadband market conditions and problems in operation stage.Combining domestic and foreign various broadband operators and the development,it finds out that the suitable way for the growth of "Yangjiang Telecom".The strategy is expecting to help "Yangjiang Telecom" broadband competitive in local business and provide practical methods.It finds that "Yangjiang Telecom" still needs to put broadband as a strategic business of sustainable development,and further improve the network infrastructure,application of broadband,improve various channels of cooperation,and to contact other broadband market strategy.Then it will improve the flexibility in implementation of brand management,stimulate the different source of customers,for all kinds of groups of customers and broadband services;"Yangjiang Telecom" should put efforts to develop the rural market,stimulate the advantages of broadband business to the countryside;To stimulate proliferation of high bandwidth applications,business development and enhance the role of Internet media;At the same time increase the intensity of improvement and efficiency;Adjust the channel system,highlighting the effectiveness of the marketing and targeted;To provide good service,"Yangjiang Telecom" need to improve customer's trust,service,brand advantage by differentiation,and pay attention to after-sales service and diversified channels."Yangjiang Telecom" try to be the most important position in the ranks in the local comprehensive information service...
