With the globalization of economic development and market competition, talent hasincreasingly become the core factor of competitiveness of enterprises, the brain drain willcause the decrease of core competitiveness of enetrprises and even the loss of. Especially thehigh-tech enterprises,rely on the talent is more obvious, the brain drain will directly affect thesurvival and development of enetrprises. Therefore,how to reduce the loss of talented people,is one of the high-tech enetrprises urgently need to solve the problem.Based on the relevant literature and Research on the investigation and analysis, methodsand examples of a combination of talent, the high-tech enetrprises in Shandong peninsula arealoss reasons and Countermeasures. First, a survey of the brain drain in high-tech enetrprisesin Shandong Peninsula, analyzed the reason of talent high attrition rate from three aspects ofenetrprises factors, personal factors and social environmental factors, verify the relevantdemand characteristics and job satisfaction, the loss of talent; then, from the point of view ofemployee occupation development platform, humanistic management mode and performanceappraisal system, establish the high-tech enterprise of Shandong peninsula area to preventbrain drain model; ifnally, puts forward the prevention countermeasures, Shandong Peninsulahigh-tech enetrprise talents loss is: enterprises to achieve democracy and equality in humanmanagement mode; to construct a scientiifc incentive system; occupation developmentplanning and design reasonable. Put forward the countermeasures, help enetrprises to takemeasures as soon as possible, reduce the personnel turnover rate, to keep the enetrprisemanagement stability, to avoid affecting business performance for employee turnover, tohigh-tech enetrprises in Shandong Peninsula in the use and to provide reference.
