In recent years, the phenomenon that enterprises fall into predicaments, evenbankrupt because of their financial crises is very common. Usually, enterprises’financial crises have experienced a process of gradual advance, accumulation andtransformation from beginning to worsening. During this process, the factors of criseswill be directly or indirectly reflected by the changing of some sensitive financialindexes. Therefore, to set and study the change of some financial indexes is a way toestablish an effective financial warning system, which can perceive financial crisissignal timely so as to prevent and eliminate the hidden crises of enterprises’ finance, andto ensure the proper running of enterprises’ financial system and management.This paper treats financial warning as the main study content based on thecondition of FH Company. A financial warning system, with financial warning model offuzzy comprehensive evaluation as its core, has been established combined with relatedfinancial warning theories and the analysis of FH Company’s status. Firstly, this paperintroduces the study background, purpose and significance. Study status at home andabroad, and the study content and method are presented. Secondly, this paper points outthe restriction of financial warning according to the analysis of related theories, andanalyzes the financial warning model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then,FH Company’s general status has been analyzed. The necessity for FH Company to setup financial warning system has been pointed out. And the plan to construct financialwarning system for FH Company has been put forward. After that, model design for FHCompany’s financial warning system, and the construction process of financial warningmodel based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation have been introduced. Last but notleast, this paper points out the protective mechanism for the construction and operationof FH Company’s financial warning system, and proposes countermeasures to optimizecompany’s financial warning system.
