Study On Chinese Engineering Design Institute Informatization Strategic Implement Performance Evaluation

Enterprise informationization is not only the objective trend of economic development and social progress, but also the important ways and means to develop their enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness. Therefore the rapid development and the commonly used of information technology, not only influence on the whole society and the economic structure, but also play a positive role in reforming and optimizing enterprise organization structure and management mode. With the wide use of information technology, the enterprise increased investment in the informatization, informatization strategic became more and more important in enterprise development strategy. Investors gradually pay more attention to the influence of informatization, therefore the value of evaluate the enterprise informatization strategic implementing performance is apparent.This paper mainly studies the engineering design Institute informatization strategic implementing performance evaluation, due to the current engineering design Institutes are in transition, the design institutes explore how to successfully transform into engineering company, improving the informationization level and management mode, which have an important role in promoting engineering design Institute successfully transformat into the engineering company. Tracking and feedback the effect of the informationization, aim to promote the implementing performance of design institute informatization, the evaluation of informatization implementing performance is indispensable.Based on the summarization of existing research results and the practical informatization implementing performance in China engineering design Institute, this paper uses Balanced Score Card and Performance Prismthe build a index system to evaluating China engineering design Institute informatization implementing performance. The index system is mainly include five aspects:the financial aspects, customer, internal management, learning and growth, and other stakeholders. To all sorts of comprehensive evaluation method, this paper chooses Analysis Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Method to evaluate investigate design Institute informatization implementing performance, in horizontal contrast analysis with the benchmarking enterprise, obtaining the difference after informatization implementing, on the longitudinal compared year by year, tracking and contrasting the engineering design informatization implement performance to achieve all-round implement performance evaluation. Finally, according to the realistic problems in China engineering design Institute informatization implementation, this paper gives some relevant suggestions, expecting to promote the performance of engineering design institute informatization implementation.
