Study On The Influencing Fators And Their Mechanism For Cultural Integration In Sino-foreign Joint Venture

In the context of economic globalization, the differences of society andculture make certain awareness and understanding of the errors in businessmanagement in Sino-foreign joint ventures. When the cultural differences leadto friction and conflict, the joint ventures need to deal with cultural conflictseffectively and carry out cultural integration. In this case, knowing the keyfactors affecting cultural integration and their mechanism will helpful forSino-foreign joint ventures to complete the work of cultural integration.Based on the existing theory, the study focused on the key factorsinfluencing cultural integration and their mechanism. This article selected theHA company as object according to the typical and representative principlesand applied grounded theory to extract the key factors affecting culturalintegration. The study indicated that national culture, corporate culture,integration measures and organizational characteristic were the f our maincategories of grounded model. Then, we used the critical incident method toexplain the various factors and explored the mechanism of the four key factorson the impact of cultural integration. Finally, the implementation of theselected object in the cultural integration problems, put forwa rd thecorresponding improvement measures. Finally, we analyzed theimplementation of the cultural integration in HA company, and put forwardsome improvement measures.The cultural integration factors model we established in the Sino-foreignjoint venture, enriches and extends the cultural integration of research ideas.The mechanism of the key factors influencing cultural integration provides thenecessary theoretical reference for Sino-foreign joint ventures in culturalintegration and cross-cultural management. Meanwhile, this paper analyzescultural integration problems of HA company,and presents some measures toimprove the cultural integration, which has practical significance for HAcompany or other joint ventures to carry out cultural integration.
