Sino-foreign joint venture is a typical form that Chinese native enterprises cooperate with multinational companies. These joint ventures played an important role in the national economic development of China.In recent years, Chinese government opened their policies in foreign investment gradually. Although the proportion of foreign-owned enterprises still increase, in the last several years Sino-foreign joint ventures is still the preferred investment of transnational corporations in some industries.Due to the investment motive, cultural differences, personal leadership style and other factors, Sino-foreign joint ventures kept a high internal cost.So how to manage the joint ventures successfully became the focus. Especially the cultural differences impact gets more attention.Based on the existing literature, this paper further explored how to effectively integrate Sino-foreign joint ventures' cultural. Firstly, described the general theory of joint ventures and cultural integration. Then, through questionnaire investigate, analyzed the status quo of Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise culture and explored the factors that effect culture integrates in the theory and practice. Next, analyzed in the process of cultural integration issues by contrast cases discussed. Based on the analysis and other some successful practice in multinational and native enterprises, this paper proposed that Sino-foreign joint ventures must persist in their common interests first. In addition to finance, human resources, marketing, and other aspects of integration, we must also look for a new "force" factor. Meanwhile, it proposed that joint venture should be converted high-level awareness of two parties, put the interests of their respective in a longer-term coordinate system, assurances integration model of consistency on the basis of communication.
