Supply Chain Risk Identification And Evaluation Research Based On The O2O Electronic Commerce Enterprise

In the age of mobile internet, O2 O electronic commerce mode interacts online business(virtual world)and offline business(real world) in the living consumption area. The core of the competition between different O2 O electronic business platforms lies in the supply chain system: technology platform, payment system,portal from offline to online.In the mobile era, the O2 O supply chain tends to be flat,quick-response,driven by client, visualized and coordinated.The traditional inventory is replaced by the data and information feedback of consumer, at the same time,products are highly personalized and customized.Plus,The process of flexible cloud manufacturing keeps digital all the way. Therefore, it is urgent to effectively control the supply chain risk for O2 O electronic commerce enterprise.To start with,based on the analysis of the nature of O2 O electronic business mode and operation mechanism, this paper summarized the characteristics, trendof O2 O supply chain. Compared with the traditional e-commerce supply chain risk categories and characteristics, it analyzed risk sources and features of O2 O supply chain in depth.Also,Combined with market research,it established risk index identification system of O2 O supply chain abiding by the principle of risk index establishing from five dimensions,technology risk, marketing risk, financial risk, cooperation risk and encironment risk.What is more, this paper built the O2 O supply chain risk assessment model by means of entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By analyzing the case of e-tourism, it demonstrated that O2 O supply chain is exposed to high risk.Therefore, it provided scientific basis for assessing the O2 O supply chain risk, by taking advantage of the information of key risk factors. It will play a vital role in offering decision-making reference for relevant O2 O electronic business enterprises.
