Research On Standardized Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Farmers' professional cooperatives can significantly improve the scale,organization and industrialization of modern agricultural production,and effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural production.They have developed rapidly in recent years.Drive more than half of the farmers into the community.The data shows that this form of organization has played an important role in optimizing the industrial structure,enhancing the added value of agricultural products,and increasing farmers' income.However,as a whole,the development of China's farmers' professional cooperatives is still in its infancy.Few cooperatives are constructed in full accordance with the Cooperative Law,the phenomenon of alienation is serious,and the essence and norms are widely questioned by all walks of life.How to change from "development while regulating,developing while regulating" to "regulating while developing,developing while regulating" has become a key issue for the sustainable and healthy development of China's farmers' professional cooperatives.Therefore,this article selects Xingyang Xintiandi Farming Specialized Cooperative as the research object.Through consulting materials and field investigations,the in-depth analysis of the establishment background and development process of the society,the experience and practices in the standardized development,and the existing problems are conducted.Countermeasure suggestions are proposed for the standardized development of professional cooperatives.The thesis consists of five parts: First,it introduces the research background,research significance,research dynamics,theoretical tools,research methods,research category,etc.of the standardized development of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad.Second,taking Xintiandi Cooperative as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current status of the cooperative's standardized development from the perspectives of the cooperative's policy background and development process,development model and concept,economic benefits,social driving benefits,and ecological benefits.The third is to analyze the specific experience measures of the cooperative in the standardized development ofproperty rights relationship,democratic management,surplus distribution,and government support,etc.based on the results of the questionnaires targeting ordinary members and members of Xintiandi Cooperative.Fourth,taking the existing problems in the standardized development of Xintiandi cooperatives as the starting point,the common problems existing in the development of cooperatives in China are thoroughly analyzed in terms of supporting laws and regulations,government support methods,cooperatives' comprehensive strength,financial management,and ability to resist risks.Fifth,specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in terms of improving the top-level design of the law,optimizing government support methods,improving operating mechanisms,standardizing financial management,and doing a good job in information construction.Finally,it is concluded that the standardized development of cooperatives requires the support of the government and the joint efforts of self-construction.
