With the rapid development of the economy, the consumer’s requirements for electronicproducts personalized and diverse is getting higher; at the same time, with the developing ofthe public awareness of environmental protection, government’s efforts to promote therecycling economy gradually increase. Therefore, under the double pressure, for recovery andreusing electronic products is imminent for electronic companies, cooperation betweenenterprises have started to establish waste electronic products recovery and reusing networkorganization in order to achieve economies of scale and improve efficiency. By studying theevolution of waste electronic products recovery and reusing network organization based ondifferent models, we can deepen the understanding of its evolution process and law to providetheoretical guidance and decision-making basis for the development direction of wasteelectronic products recovery and reusing network organization, therefore, the study of theevolution of electronic waste electronic products recovery and reusing network organization isessential.This paper studies the evolution of waste electronic products recovery and reusingnetwork organization from the following aspects:First, we introduce this paper’s research significance, research status, research ideas,methods, content and possible innovations, etc., and some related theory which includerecovery and reusing network, network organization evolution, Complex System theory andMAS throry. Second, the evolution characteristics, evolutionary dynamics and evolution stageof waste electronic products recovery and reusing network organization are systematicallyanalyzed.Then, the evolution model of waste electronic products recovery and reusingnetwork organization is designed, and constructs the subject selection model of wasteelectronic products recovery and reusing network organization. Finally, using the Swarmsimulation platform to achieve the evolution of waste electronic products recovery andreusing network organization’s simulation, we simulate the changes in total cost, recovery andreusing efficiency and structure of the network in network organization’s evolution process,and through the analysis of simulation results, we summarize the evolution rules of wasteelectronic products recovery and reusing network organization.The results show that the SDN-based waste electronic products recovery and reusingnetwork organization has more advantages over the Alliance recovery and reusing networkorganization in the overall recovery and reusing cost and efficiency. By constructing theSDN-based waste electronic products recovery and reusing network organization, forenterprises, it can minimize recovery and reusing costs, improve operational efficiency, so as to improve enterprises’ income and their enthusiasm to participate in the activities ofrecycling logistics; for society, it can improve the utilization rate of resources, reduce thewaste of resources and waste electronic products’ environmental pollution, it is of greatsignificance for the environment protection and the development of recycling economy.
