Research On Construction Of The Support System For Intelligent Logistics Development Of China

As the third profit source, modern logistics gets much attention of enterprises andthe social. However, there are many problems about modern logistics, such as, lowefficiency, high logistics costs, and poor quality of service. Currently, companiesneed to find ways and means to solve these problems and to meet requirements oncost, profit and quality of service, and the demands of the community on lowconsumption of natural and social resources. How to improve efficiency to reducelosses? How to strengthen management and introduction of technology to reducecosts? How to improve services to improve the convergence of the entire supplychain? These problems have become severe challenges for the development of ourcountry’s logistics industry, retail industry, even the national economy.As the inevitable trend of modern logistics, intelligent logistics updates severalconcepts of modern logistics from two aspects, technology and management. It alsomakes modern logistics have characteristics, such as informatization, network,integration, intelligent, flexible, agility, visualization and automation. And itpromotes comprehensive development of the logistics industry. Developingintelligent logistics is an important means of promoting the development of modernlogistics and circulation.Firstly, this article defines the concept of intelligent logistics (IL), analyses thestructure and characteristics of IL, and elaborates on the theoretical basis ofintelligent logistics development support system, such as system theory and the IOTindustry chain theory. Secondly, collects and organizes material about IL on theInternet, and analyses it by grounded theory, then comes to intelligent logisticsdevelopment support system of China composed of macroeconomic factors,technology system, capital markets, human resources and theoretical studies thesefive modules, combined with the corresponding theoretical foundation, through threedecoding. Finally, with the combination of the IL pilot city–Ningbo’s intelligentlogistics development support system instance, this paper interprets and parses thesupport system has been constructed, and draw some inspiration and advice.
