| With the rapid development of economy,China is the first big logistics,the logistics industry in the rapid development is the first pillar of the service industry in our country,the third party logistics industry has increasingly become the more and more dominant in the field of logistics service.Under the globalization economy,logistics enterprises need to respond quickly for the demands of enterprises.The environment is becoming more and more complicated,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The information of Logistics of has become the core of logistics enterprise with the development.The enterprise can improve the quality of logistics service,reduce cost,and enhance core competitiveness through effective logistics information construction.This article mainly uses the method of combining theory and case with JS supply chain Logistics Company as the research object,to analyze the JS company supply chain logistics and the present situation of the implementation of the intelligent logistics ILOG system.However,the JS company supply chain logistics is facing three major problems,respectively,in taking goods flow,sorting,logistics and distribution logistics,using methods the questionnaire to expert interview and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the influence factors of problem.Finally on the basis of the theory of related intelligent logistics,logistics information,combining with the actual situation of JS company,expert opinions,to put forward to improve the ILOG system solutions,including using RFID and integrated in WMS of ILOG,integration of electronic label WCS system,add supplier KPI function,optimize the collaborative management function of sorting and delivery,and add the function of the booking dock.It can provide references to JS company intelligent logistics system construction and development;it has certain reference value for the logistics information construction of the third party logistics enterprises. |
