As the core of modern economy in the tide of economic globalization, financialpromotes the development of economic rapidly, but also increasing the consequentialrisks. Especially after the evolution of the subprime mortgage crisis in the UnitedStates in2008as the global financial crisis, the huge loss learned to make people paymore attention to prevent and resolve risks while seeking the rapid development roadof the economic and financial. People are aware of the financial capital should beinvested more on the real economy, and enhance the ability of the service of the realeconomy. By this cooperation, can not only enhance cohesion, achieve the linkagedevelopment of economy and finance in the region, but also financial resources canachieve optimize the allocation of resources. So nations should unite to resist financialrisks, develope steadily in competition, achieve mutual benefit and win-win.China and its neighboring countries based on political stability and energyimports security, in China westward opening strategy, relying on the geographicaladvantages of Xinjiang and Central Asian countries in recent years in terms ofregional economic cooperation has been noticed, regional financial cooperation alsoneeds keep pace better serve the economy. I aimed through the in-depth study in thispaper, can facilitate a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of the detailsof the regional financial cooperation between the five Central Asian countries andChina (Xinjiang), put forward some feasible proposals for reference to solve practicalproblems, and we encourage each other. In this paper, it firstly introduces relevanttheories on regional financial cooperation, analyzes the situation and the problems oftheir regional financial cooperation, and put forward feasibility and constraints offurther financial cooperation, then adopts experiences of the North America andASEAN. Finally, put forward suggestions of strengthening regional financialcooperation of all countries to work together to, and the measures of deepeningfinancial cooperation what China (Xinjiang) should be done.
