Common economic society is composed by Enterprise, and for most enterprises, team is the most importance unit that perform the basic management in target of enterprise’s goal. The performance of teams of an enterprise decides the performance of it. The basic component of team is people, and conflict is always inevitable when people are together. To study how the conflict effect team’s performance is very meaningful and important.Base on the difference of target, Intra-group conflict could be divided into two kinds:task conflict and relationship conflict. Though there are lots of theories about confliction and team performance, there are so few researches based on the difference of task conflict and relationship conflict, especially in researches in China. The relation between Intra-group confliction and team performance in companies located in China is not very clear. This article is going to discuss on this point, how intra-group conflict affect team’s performance.This research is going to find the relation between task conflict and team’s performance, and the relation between relationship conflict and team’s performance. Based on lots of conflict theories and team performance theories, we build two hypotheses. Then we designed a questionnaire. We use SPSS software to investigate the statistics of the feedback, build a mathematics relationship between the conflict and team’s performance factors. After that, we verified our hypotheses and find out that the relation is two curve between task conflict and team performance and there is lack of relation between relationship conflict and team performance. The conclusion is valuable for team’s performance theories, and is also useful for practical team management.
