With the development of global economy integration, more and more foreignautomobile enterprises come to China’s automobile market, So the market becomesmore competitive. The competition of automobile enterprises is product, and thecompetition between products depends on the competition of supply chains. Completevehicle and Component parts enterprises (hereinafter referred to as “Complete andComponent enterprises”) as a core part of the car industry chain, has been referred toas the “two carriages” in the auto industry development. Throughout the trend ofautomobile new product development,“Complete and Component enterprises”effective cooperation in new product development, improve the quality of the productdevelopment, shorten product development cycle, reduce development risk, etc. Inview of this, in this paper, I study the cooperation strategy of new productdevelopment in Guangxi “Complete and Component enterprises”, and the purpose isto ensure the stable cooperative relations, cooperation degree and good results, so asto realize the “win-win” on the new product development.Firstly, these article reviews the domestic and foreign researches aboutcooperative development, cooperative development strategy and the cooperation of“Complete Component enterprises” in new products development of cooperation, andgeneralize the related theory between enterprise and the cooperative game theory.Secondly, discusses the necessity and feasibility of cooperation in “CompleteComponent enterprises” in Guangxi. Then, analyzed the present situation in newproduct development cooperation and the major problems existed in the developmentof cooperation; Finally, on the basis of present situation analysis and problem analysis,discusses the cooperation of new product development strategy and safeguards ofstrategy implementation.Specifically, this paper made the following several aspects.(1) From improving three aspects of efficiency of new product development, risksharing, scale of economies and competitiveness, analysis the necessity of newproduct development cooperation in Guangxi “Complete Component enterprises”.From policy, economy and rich experience of co-operation, analysis the feasibility ofcooperation between them.(2) From the overall situation and the main problems existing in the cooperativedevelopment, analysis situation of new products development between “CompleteComponent enterprises” in Guangxi. The overall situations of cooperative development are mainly stated by cooperative development process, main contents,types and patterns. The main problems existing in the cooperation are from the trust,communication, internal and external conflicts, to measure performance and analysisof enterprise culture, etc.(3) From three aspects of general cooperation strategy, enterprise cooperationstrategy and parts of cooperation strategy, discussing the cooperation strategy of newproduct development in Guangxi. Among them, by introducing a cooperative gamemodel, this chapter from static, dynamic Angle to distinguish the level of cooperation,and then put forward the corresponding strategies of cooperation.(4) From the government’s support, Complete vehicle play a key role,Component parts enterprises improve the ability of cooperation,collaboration platformof information network, building the safeguard measures of strategic implementation.
