The Research On Improvement Of Company H’s Automobile Component Product Development

With the development of China’s automobile industry,many well-known foreign automobile and parts enterprises have established joint ventures or sole proprietorship enterprises in China.These enterprises have the advantages of short research and development cycle and low cost,which has promoted the rapid development of China’s auto parts industry.But on the whole,these auto parts enterprises are generally copy foreign product development model,and not closely combined with China’s actual and the characteristics of the development of socialist market economy,resulting in some problems.The paper focuses on the core issues of product R&D project management of auto parts companies.Based on the basic theory of R&D,project,project management and auto parts,Part of the product research and development projects as a case study,first pointed out that the R&D management in the main problems,and from the organizational structure,resource allocation contradictions,dynamic monitoring and quotation process four aspects of a detailed analysis of the main causes of the problem,The project is an independent project management department,through the use of robust design method to reorganize the engineering department;find out the most fundamental causes of the contradiction of resource allocation,from time,manpower and production to solve the three aspects of resource allocation contradiction;strengthen the whole process control;Plan to further adjust the supplement,the scientific set of departmental goals.And put forward the overall optimization design,focusing on four aspects of the proposed targeted design.Finally,the program implementation process to provide systematic protection.
