Heilongjiang Province To Promote The Agricultural Development Of Tourism Income Increase Of Farmers

This dissertation conducts an in-depth research on the impacts ofagricultural tourism of Heilongjiang province on farmers’ income growthbased on the analysis of the economic benefits relationship of Marx’sEconomic Theory. It points that farmers’ income rising relatively slowlyis the key issue which should be solved in constructing new countrysideof Heilongjiang province during the implementation of China’s12thfive-year plan. This dissertation aims at promoting farmers’ incomeincrease and analyzes the influence of agricultural tourism on farmers’income growth by forms of border tour, folk custom tour, ecologicalenvironment tour and sightseeing tour. It suggests that developingagricultural tourism is significant to achieve three industries promotionby extending farmers’ working time and increasing value creation of theirsurplus labor time. Those measures will help to provide more jobs andattract more rural surplus labor in order to raising farmers’ income.Firstly, this dissertation focuses on the analysis of current statusand the potential of farmers’ income growth in Heilongjiang province. Itpoints out several existing issues such as lack of farmers’ property incomeand transfer income, decline of farmers’ household income, low income withheavy burden of spending, longer leisure time, lack of the ability ofraising income and more than60%of rural labor force sitting idle inHeilongjiang province. Referring to the basic theory of political economy,the author explores the potential of income increase by extending farmers’working time. It argues that the solution could be formulated from analysisof the irrational industrial structure, low income, large gap between urbanand rural income and so on. Secondly, it reviews the current situation of the development ofagricultural tourism in Heilongjiang province from the relevant theory andpractice analysis. Also puts forw ard that narrowing down the gap betweenthe farmers in high income and low income and realizing the commonprosperity is the essence to reach farmers’ income growth. Thisdissertation also provides a comprehensive understanding of the impactsof agricultural tourism on farmers’ income with theoretical innovationby empirical model and typical cases analysis.Thirdly, this dissertation proposes the countermeasures ofincreasing farmers’ income by developing agricultural tourism ofHeilongjiang province. From the typical demonstration of famous touristtowns and analysis of the income gap between farmers in different regions,the author innovatively suggests that making priority to develop top39towns with first-class reputation of tourist from total818towns andimproving the relative infrastructure construction will help to promotethe overall level of farmers’ income growth.
