| Based on the characteristics of industrial clusters,the theory of unbalanced development of regional economy,the interaction theory of industrial clusters and regional economic growth,this paper explores the coupling relationship between industrial clusters and regional economic growth,combining the characteristics and status quo of industrial clusters and regional economic growth in various regions of Hebei Province.To analyze the problems in the interaction mechanism between the two.At the same time,an evaluation system for industrial clusters and regional economic growth levels was constructed in terms of both scale and efficiency,and the correlation between industrial clusters and regional economic growth indicators in Hebei Province was determined by comprehensively applying the grey correlation analysis method to further verify the previous theoretical analysis,based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,to put forward constructive policies and recommendations on related issues.The study found that industrial clusters and regional economic growth are mutually reinforcing and affecting each other.The development of industrial clusters is an effective organizational form for enhancing regional economic growth.Industrial clusters will have tremendous influence on regional economic growth through information exchange and economies of scale,sharing of regional infrastructure,attracting talents and investors,enhancing brand influence,and promoting employment.The regional economic growth will also greatly affect the development of industrial clusters.Regional economic growth has improved talent advantages,increased capital investment,improved scientific and technological innovation capabilities,increased per capital value-added,attracted more manpower and capital,reduced costs,increased productivity,and so on,and thus played an important role in the development of industrial clusters.Through the analysis of the status quo of industrial clusters and regional economic development in Hebei Province,it is found that the industrial clusters in Hebei Province mainly have the following problems: In the regional layout,the irrational regional distribution,and the industrial development position are not accurate,and the specific planning is not precisely;in industrial chain and industrial structure,the enterprise cluster within the industrial cluster is low,the lacking of integrity of the industrial chain;in labor and technology,the lacking of human resources,high-end talent outflow is serious,in addition,scientific research has less investment,weaker innovation capacity,and poor output.Combining the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,according to the problems existing in the current situation,the corresponding policy recommendations are drawn as follows: clearing regional characteristics and advantages,to strengthen the regional cluster brand;optimizing the industrial structure,to improve industrial integration capabilities,including the construction of modern industrial system and improvement the industry chain;to create a good regional innovation environment and to provide impetus for economic growth,including increasing investment in science and technology,improving the investment and financing system and improve talent attraction and protection systems. |
