The Hetao area located in west-central Inner Mongolia, Hetao area has specialgeographical location determines the special historical development direction in Hetaoarea, from the Han Dynasty official in Hetao area development began, to the demiseof the Qing Dynasty, after two thousand years, in this long historical period, the Hetaoarea and minority occupied and return to the central dynasty, meet in the strugglebetween minority and Han period, the prairie civilization and agricultural civilizationhas also realized the mutual exchange and integration.The author describes the agricultural development in Hetao area in the QingDynasty, the reclamation service as the starting point, point to an area in Hetao area inQing Dynasty by studying the reclamation of the future development of the Hetaoarea and provide reference data.This article includes introduction and body of two parts.Two introduction part of the " loop" and " Hetao area " have been defined, andintroduces the content of this topic, literature review, significance of the topic,research methods. Due to the large scale reclamation in the late Qing Dynasty,research on service problems in Hetao area cultivated monographs and academicachievement is very rich, this paper selects the Qing Dynasty from the " ban " tolarge-scale cultivation period, the development of irrigation and water conservancy,Hetao immigration Hetao area area, Hetao area of the development of the society, inorder to provide the historical basis for the future development of the Hetao area.The body part consists of five chapters. The first chapter briefly discusses aboutthe Hetao area, mainly Jane Shao Hetao area climate, soil and rivers and lakes, theHetao region because of its special formation, determines the specific mode ofagricultural production in Hetao area, the author think it is necessary to Jane shao.The second chapter mainly discusses the development of water conservancy in Hetaoarea. Requirements of the irrigation infrastructure in the soil is very strong, so thedevelopment of the Hetao area of agriculture and water conservancy construction hasa very close relationship, so the author use large blocks which are described in detail.The third chapter mainly discusses the administrative system in Hetao area, due toHan Chinese immigrants continue to move into, the Qing government in the Hetao region depend only on the previous League banner system has been unable to carry onthe management to the Han immigrants, so in the Hetao area to implement the"administrative system of two yuan", this policy has produced far-reaching influenceof the Han immigrants and the Qing government. The fourth chapter mainly discussesthe agricultural development in Hetao area. The Qing government in the agriculturaldevelopment is mainly a relaxed " prohibition policy " from the reign of Yong Zhengbegan, although before has gathered a lot of Han immigration but only privatereclamation, officer Ken is from the Yong Zheng Dynasty began to. The fifthchapter discusses the influence on the cultivation of Hetao area. The Mongoliangrassland reclamation after changed the mode of production, way of life. Social lifehas changed greatly, but the Mongolian steppe in the development progress at thesame time also suffered massive damage to the environment, so we need to look at thedevelopment of the Hetao area with dialectical method.
