Along with sustainable manufacture and production homogenization daily, industrialvalue income even shifts, and the business model that is customer focused has emerged asthe times require. In this context, some manufacture enterprises begin to explore servicetransformation to adapt to market change. During the course of enterprises transformation,the boundary between product and service is missing, and the two stuffs begin to blend.The difficult point is to change from the relationships of stakeholders which are supplychain relationship and transaction relationship into service and be serviced relationship;change the manufacture model of enterprises to the model that are driven by customerrequirement. Product service system (PSS) is the value realization system for theservitization of enterprises. Its aim is to provide the shifting direction of enterprisesmanufacture model and optimizing regulate the benefit of all parties in the course ofservice transformation.Based on present research achievement related to product service, in order to resolvethe urgent problems for service transformation of manufacture enterprises, the evaluationof product and service in PSS, the transforming of customer requirement and thedeployment of PSS have been researched. The research work is focused on thequantitative relation between product and service. At first, the existing form of PSS hasbeen explored theoretically. Then, the relation between product and service has beenquantized. At last, based on these, production factors and source of enterprises has beenguided to deploy rationally, also, ideas and methods have been provided to helpenterprises to realize PSS. Main research content is as follows:Chapter1: Introduction. Present the background of the issue, and propose theproblems need to solve, the aims and meaning to apply PSS. Summarize the presentresearch state in the relevant area, and analyze the problems need to research, also proposemain research content.Chapter2: The relevant concepts of product service and the classification research forPSS. Based on present research achievement related to product service, summarize thenew connotation of product service and the relation between them, also propose the new concepts of PSS driven by customer requirement. PSS has been qualitative classified todetail the pattern of enterprises service transformation and optimize industrial institutions.Chapter3: A product-service incidence model on the foundation of grey incidencehas been proposed to adopt grey theory to quantize the relation between product andservice. In this way, the quantitative basis has been proposed to help enterprises select PSStype to service transforming.Chapter4: Based on the relation between product and service, production factors andsource of enterprises has been studied to deploy rationally. Strengthen the effect ofcustomer requirement in enterprises PSS, and explore how to acquire customerrequirement and make them mapping with production factors and source. On thefoundation of QFD, study the method to acquire customer requirement, and quantize theweightiness of product and service to confirm the importance of them to transform intoproduction factors and source of enterprises. Then, import the customer requirement thathave been handled into requirement model drive architecture based on SMDA to mappingcustomer requirement with production factors and source rationally and optimize theallocation of resources to realize win-win of all parties.Chapter5:Conclusion and Future Work. The research contents are summarized in thissection. Then we explore the future research direction and list the adequate aspects of thisarticle.
