In recent years, the determination of the government regulation for the real estatemarket is stronger and stronger. A number of real estate companies attend to improveenterprise management methods, seeking to control costs, and improving quality toimprove profit margins under the fierce market competition.The6S management model is extending from the5S management mode, it has beenstudied and applied in a number of industries, but rarely studied in the constructionindustry. However, it hasn’t been studied or applied in the real estate company. The6Smanagement creates a comfortable, elegant and safe working environment for enterprisesthrough finishing six stages, straightening, sweeping, cleaning, accomplishment and safety.It can also help to improve efficiency, reduce the cost of the project, and builds a goodcorporate image,is the cornerstone of the other management methods such as6σmanagement in NC real estate company.This thesis describes the the necessity to apply6S management in the real estateindustry, the6S management theory and implementation considerations such as visualmanagement, and try to combine6S management with real estate firm characteristics. Thisthesis develops6S management implementation steps for NC Company,the branch of aleading domestic real estate enterprise, mainly follows the PDCA cycle to improve thelevel of enterprise6S management continuously, and establishes the detailed process inoffice area and construction site. Finally, This thesis describes the obstacles and solutionsto them in real estate enterprises while promoting the6S management according to theKnowing-Doing theory, and drafted reasonable measures for the various obstacles:building a reasonable6S management knowledge dissemination system and performanceappraisal system, at the same time,recommends to introduce excellent managementmethods such as possessions management.This thesis combines6S management theory with the real estate enterprise reality,providing a reference for NC company office area and site management, in order toimprove the quality of project, reduce costs, improve the corporate image.This thesisprovides a theoretical basis for the real estate enterprises to promote6S management.
