The Management Of Sales Team In Real Estate Enterprise

Based on human resources management theory, an investigation intomanagement of sails team in real estate business is made in this thesis. There arefour chapters in it, which are presented as follows.Chapter One the feasibility and necessity of establishing sails teams;Chapter Two the reorientation of the function of sails teams in real estate companies;Chapter Three the current situation of management of sails teams;Last Chapter a new form of management of sails teams. First, a comparison between cost and management effect is made in this thesis.According to the analysis of the investigation into many famous real estatecompanies in China and through the orientation and structural analysis of thefunction of sails departments and teams, some existing problems in the managementof the sales teams of current real estate are summed up and feasibility and necessityfor the real estate companies to organize their own sails teams has been proved. Inthis thesis much higher function and responsibility of the sales departments andsalespersons are assigned and an importance of sales teams in realizing the brandstrategy of enterprises is stressed. The sales function in real estate is to manipulatethe relationship with clients. On the basis of sales function, the job modes in realestate are redesigned and the position of the sales departments and sales persons areraised in the industry of real estate. Meanwhile, personnel employment and thequality of sales teams in real estate are all improved. In addition, the existing simplesalary system on discount is reformed in this thesis. An evaluation system of salesperformance is proposed, which makes salespersons be more encouraged and thuscontribution to the company more.
