Based on the status of pillar industry, food industry is very competitive, so thecompetition of human resources is particularly important. With the development ofIndustrial Revolution, human resources development strategy is a theory that developedin20th century when the Industrial Revolution was developing. With the productionpractice of human society, many enterprises realize it is the talented people that provide acompetitive advantage. Human resource is the key strategic resource which constitutesthe core competitiveness of enterprises. Strategic management and human resources arethe core contents of business management. Strategic human resource is a advancedmanagement concept to elevate traditional personnel management and human resourcemanagement to a strategic height. Therefore, it is necessary to research the humanresource strategy of Qinhuangdao Jinhai Food Industry Co., Ltd.First of all, based on the development of Qinhuangdao Jinhai Food Industry Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to Jinhai food) in recent years, and combined with the domestic foodmarket situation and development trend, this article analyzed the current developmentand the group’s human resource by understanding human resource management andstrategic management related theory.Then, it did a research on the theory of human resource strategy by the focusthrough the problem analysis, focus and concept of participants and other analysismethods to analyze and formulate human resource development strategy.What is more, human resources environment of Jinhai Food was also analyzedaccording to the specific needs of talented people of JInhai Food. It forecast the need oftalented people in Jinhai Food and analyzed the issues of human resource management inthe enterprises through employee survey.Finally, the paper presented the principles, objectives and guidelines of Jinhai Foodto carry out human resource strategy. It provided proposals to the tactics of humanresource development strategy and gave general plans for human resource managementwhich improved the standard of enterprises’ human resource management and promoted enterprises’ leaps and bounds development.
