The purpose of this study is to design the development strategy of Xinglongrealestate company by analyzing its market competition environment, competitionsituation and its own characteristics. According to the characteristics of this paper, weused investigation and data analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods.Firstly, through the analysis of Xinglong estate human resource strategicenvironment inside, outside, more in-depth analysis of the various factors affecting theXinglong estate human resource strategy implementation, through the analysis of VRIOmodel and SNELL model, a full range of analyses Xinglong estate current situation ofhuman resources, can help enterprises to find the existence of human resourcemanagement problems, to lay a good foundation for the design of the human resourcestrategy.Secondly, according to the related theories of human resource management strategy,analysis of the enterprise development strategy Xinglong estate, combining the enterprisestrategy, using SWOT analysis tools, the advantages and disadvantages of Xinglongestate human resources, opportunities and threats are analyzed; on the basis of thecompany’s strategy for portfolio analysis and put forward the direction, selection andstrategic human resource management, estate objectives and specific content; at the sametime, combined with the company’s existing human resources condition, quantitativeprediction and planning of Xinglong estate human resource demand and supply.Finally, based on the Xinglong estate strategic human resources planning goalunderstanding, from the aspects of organization structure optimization planning,recruitment, training of human resources, the human resources salary, performanceappraisal of human resources as the Xinglong estate rationalization proposals put forwardspecific implementation; in addition, proposes the measures to carry out strategic humanresource planning, such as the establishment of realistic human resource planning, faircompensation system, establish a good internal communication, cooperation, to provide financial support and technical support, sufficient staff occupation career developmentchannel.
