Yunnan Province Financial Technology Expenditures On Economic Growth

In the era of knowledge economy, the development of economy is increasinglydependent on the improvement of science and technology. Government playimportant role, because of science and technology has public product attributes, Alongwith the reform of the public finance system, the change of government fiscalexpenditure of science and technology has more and more important influence on theregional economic growth, this effect is benefit principles embodied in financialtechnology spending,and is objective evaluation about the national fiscal policy ofscience and technology. Therefore, studying the effect has important theoretical valueand practical significance. Especially for yunnan province, has more realisticsignificance.The article is divided into six parts to study the fiscal expenditure of science andtechnology of yunnan province has impact on economic growth: the first chapter isintroduction, mainly including research background significance, literature review,research content and the technical route; the second chapter is summary of relevanttheories; the third and fourth chapter with measurement method, based on the real toexplore the fiscal expenditure of science and technology of yunnan provinces; thefifth chapter will research which factors effect economic growth in yunnanprovince;chapter vi for relevant policy suggestions.In this paper, through the study found that fiscal spending on science andtechnology has promoting effect for the region’s economic growth.But for now fiscalexpenditure scale of science and technology not reached the standard of optimal scale,requires changing the concept of government, establish and improve the fiscal andtaxation system, perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, set up system of budgetmanagement to ensure fiscal expenditure scale has grown steadily. On the other hand,in view of the fiscal expenditure structure of science and technology, we needimprove the basic research, popular science and technology condition and servicesspending, science and technology expenditure rational distribution should reasonable, ensure the balance in the city. Scale is the material premise and structure distributionis the path to make science and technology into productivity, the key link to promotethe growth of the economy. Both cooperate with each other making fiscal spending toexert maximum utility, science and technology to promote rapid economicdevelopment in yunnan province.
