Research On Private Capital And Urban Infrastructure In Hebei Province

With the accelerating of urbanization process in Hebei province, the demand for urbaninfrastructure is becoming bigger. Private capital is becoming bigger. The large amount of idlemoney put into urban infrastructure, not only can ease the problems of urban infrastructurefunding shortage, but also can improve the management efficiency of urban infrastructure.The developed countries proved that urban infrastructure attract private capital is not onlypossible but also necessary.The thesis has a research on the correlation of private capital and urban infrastructure.Based on features in Hbbei province, the thesis has a statistics on the correlation. Then, thethesis has a model with the two aspects, also puts forward some recommendations in order tokeep a healthy trends between private capital and urban infrastructure.Firstly, the thesis elaborates the research background in detail, puts forward researchpurposes, meanings, thoughts, methods and current research situation home and abroad,systematically describes related concepts, provides the theoretical base for the whole research.Secondly, the thesis selects indicators that represent the level of urban infrastructure in Hebei,uses principal component analysis to make an evaluation of the city’s infrastructure from2006to2012. Then, the thesis makes a regression analysis of urban infrastructure composite Indexand private capital. Private capital improves the level of urban infrastructure in our province.Finally, based on the empirical research, the thesis puts forward some suggestions forpromoting private capital participates in urban infrastructure construction.
