Research On Influencing Factor Structure Of Agricultural Supply Chain Risk

With supply chain is widely used in agricultural industrial system, the businesscommunity and academias are increasingly concerned about the importance of agriculturalsupply chain. The internal and external factors from system hinder normal operations andincrease structural complexity of agricultural supply chain. Influencing factors of agriculturalsupply chain risk has become the key issues that affect operation of the system. At present,scholars study the factors of agricultural supply chain risk in a qualitative analysis stage, don’tdistinguish the fresh and non-fresh products and analyze the internal structure of factorsin-depth. Against the above background, this paper analyzes research status of the supplychain of agricultural products, and analyzes the factor structure of fresh and non-freshagricultural products supply chain risk through the ISM model. In order to effectively preventand control the agricultural supply chain risk, this paper presents strategies accordingly.This paper combines theory and empirical research. Firstly, this paper summarizesresearch status of factors of domestic and international supply chain risk, supply chain riskmanagement and agricultural supply chain risk factors, describes theory of agricultural supplychain, research methods, and the ISM theory, laid the theoretical basis for further study.Secondly, on basis of systematic analysis of agricultural supply chain risk sources, this paperdetermines impact factor of agricultural supply chain risk from the six major areas of supply,demand, information, cooperation, logistics and environmental, ultimately selects17influencing factors as factor index system of agricultural supply chain risk in China. Then,based on survey, this paper determines risk factors of fresh and non-fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain, establishes risk factor model using ISM model, and analyzes the bothhierarchy of influencing factors. Finally, based on the conclusions of the analysis, this paperproposes control strategies for control of influencing factors of fresh and non-freshagricultural products supply chain risk, and provides a scientific basis for decision making forthe control of agricultural supply chain risk.This paper analyzes structure of risk influencing factors of China’s fresh and non-freshagricultural products supply chain. The corresponding conclusions can effectively control riskof the agricultural supply chain, optimize allocation of resources of the agricultural industry.The model can rich the theory of agricultural supply chain risk management.
