Study On Quality Control Of The Agricultural Products Based On Supply Chain Supervision

Food scandals frequently outbreak in the last few years, which not only shock the public but also undermine the public trust in food safety due to that the consumers doubt whether it is safety or not. The incessant reports on food safety incidents draw the attentions of plenty of academic communities and studies on such issues are increasing for these years. In this article, authors try to apply the supply chain supervision model lead by the agricultural enterprise, in such way to establish a relatively reliable food supply chain and improve it to establish the agricultural products quality control regime via the perspective of supply chain management. And author also provide analysis based on some cases of a few famous and typical agricultural enterprise. In the third section, this article established a quality control model via the framework of supply chain supervision, which connecting the agricultural food producer and supply chain. This model is built based on the connection between the related cooperations and the relationship between the cooperative partners. Establishment of the information sharing and feedback regime with traceability system can provide the powerful guarantee of the agricultural product safety. In the forth section, authors applied the knowledge of game theory and try to locate the equilibrium of the quality control via the dynamic game of between producer and pig farmers, such as whether surveillance or whether breaking a contract. In the fifth section, authors try to find the key problem of the agricultural food quality control via comparison between case of Hunan Tangrenshen Group Co. Ltd. and of Shandong Liuhe Group Co. Ltd. In final, the authors provide a few suggestion to strengthen the agricultural food safety guarantee.
