The Study About The Employment Problems Of The Landless Peasants In The Process Of The Urbanization

With rapid economic growth of China and the process of the urbanization, a largenumber of farmers become landless peasants because their farm land is expropriated. Atthe current international financial crisis, the serious problem of employment, the lack ofknowledge of landless peasants, the imperfect employment service system and the defectsof our land acquisition system make the status of employment of landless peasants not sopromising. The employment of landless peasants is a critical problem which affects reformprogress, economic development and the harmonious society’s construction and is difficultand piratical problems which need to be solved in various provinces and cities throughoutthe country.This thesis reviews the development process of our country city, as well as thedifficult employment situation of landless peasants in this series process which is socialhotspot. In addition, the author visited many landless peasants of the LangfangDevelopment Zone in Yanjiao city by their work environment and family background.Through understanding the plight of their employment, the author feel the inferior positionof the farmers in the whole process of “urbanization”.In this thesis, the author analyze thesurvey the data and results of surveys through the use of literature research, comparisonresearch and field investigation analysis and other research methods, and in-depth analysisof the difficult employment of landless peasants location lies at the roots of LangfangDevelopment Zone in Yanjiao, then put forward own opinions and views for the landlesspeasants, the local government and the state of the corresponding departments whoresponsible for this problem. And then through the study and analysis of relevantexperience, the author summed up experience which is worth learning and learning, andhopes to provide some help to ease the employment pressure of landless peasants inLangfang Development Zone in Yanjiao.
