Research On Maturity Evaluation Of The Integration Of Informationization And Industrialization Based On Grey Information

Industrialization is the basic prerequisite and an important condition for realizing modernization,informationization is an important force for promoting economic and social development and reform.Based on China’s basic national conditions, only insisting on informationization propellingindustrialization and industrialization promoting informationization, the transformation and upgradingof China’s industry can be accelerated, thereby China’s industrialization and modernization will be ableto relize as quickly as possible. With the development strategy of integration of informationizationand industrialization(referred to as the integration of the two) being come up, the integration of the twohas become the researching hotspot for domestic scholars, evaluation of the integration of the two canobjectively reflect the level of integration of the two and supervise the integration’s process. Thus,based on this background, and on the basis of the domestic and international research on the integrationof informationization and industrialization, the research perspective of this article mainly focuses onquantitative evaluation of the integration of informationization and industrialization and hopes to drawsome practical suggestions through theoretical exploration and practice summary.Firstly, the development of industrialization and informationization as well as the domestic andoverseas research on industrial integration, the connotation of the “two” integration, the developmentstages, the establishment of evaluation index system and the evaluation of the integration of the twowas reviewed in the literature of this dissertation. Besides, the domestic and overseas researchingdevelopment as well as current status was acquired clearly.Secondly, the evaluation index system of the integration of the two was constructed and thestreamlined method of the index system based on grey relational analysis method was proposed. Basedon the research achievements in building evaluation index system of integration of the two of domesticscholars and taking into account the effectiveness of the indicators and the availability of data, theevaluation index system of integration of the two was established. Owing to the difference of theinfluential degree in different research objects, in order to make the evaluation result more objectiveand accurate, the evaluation indexes need to be simplified in terms of different research objects.Therefore, on the basis of the evaluation index system that has been built and according to the actualdata of the research object, the grey relational analysis method was applied to select indicators thathave larger impact on research object from the constructed evaluation index system, finally theevaluation index system with respect to the research objects was determined.Thirdly, the maturity grading standard as well as the maturity evaluation model of the integration of the two was put forward. Referring to the Capability Maturity Model theory and evaluation criteria,the maturity grading standard and method of the integration of the two as presented, on whichfoundation the establishment of the integration of the two maturity evaluation model based on greycluster was regarded as the subsequent grey class standard. When building the integration of the twomaturity evaluation model, the method to determine the threshold value of the whitening weightfunction with respect to grey clustering was improved. Relying on the existing actual data of theclustering objects, a new method to quantitatively determine the threshold value of the whiteningweight function based on the mean and standard deviation was proposed. And the improved evaluationmodel concerning the integration maturity of the two in terms of grey fixed weight clustering wasestablished eventually.Finally, combining with the development status of the integration of the two in Jiangsu Provinceand on the basis of relevant statistical data that collected, the maturity evaluation model of theintegration of the two was utilized to evaluate the maturity of the integration of the two with respect tothe three major regions of Jiangsu Province, and the evaluation results were analyzed.
