Study On Maturity Evaluation Of Housing Industrialization Based On ANP-Grey Clustering Evaluation

In recent years,with the strong support of national policies,finance and technology,China's housing industrialization has developed rapidly.At the same time,national and local governments to develop prefabricated construction mentioned a strategic height,it is pointed out in some provinces and cities in the relevant policy documents,to development of prefabricated buildings to promote our country's industrialization and to realize industrialization.The fact shows that the rapid development of prefabricated housing has a positive effect on the development of residential industrialization in China,and the housing industrialization develops rapidly.In this background,this paper tries to establish a set of scientific,effective and applicability of housing industrialization capability evaluation system,through the establishment of evaluation model,the implementation of housing industrialization development stage,the objective evaluation and ability and,according to the evaluation result to find the weak spot in the development of specific measures for the area of weak place,realize regional housing industrialization development better.The main achievements include the following four aspects:Firstly,for the first time the maturity theory is applied to the evaluation on the development of housing industrialization level and ability,after the analysis of the theory of "maturity",draw lessons from the theory to the development of housing industrialization level on the maturity level is divided into five stages,respectively is:the initial preparation,transitional development level,elementary expansion,the rapid expansion and mature and stable,and overview for each stage.Secondly,will "grounded theory" research method is applied to establish a prefabricated housing industrialization in the process of maturity evaluation system,guided by the theory,based on a large number of literature research,and supplemented by brainstorming method,expert questionnaire method,establishes policies and standards,consumption market,industrialization level,industrialintegration level and residential product for the five dimensions,has altogether 26 indicators of housing industrialization capability evaluation system.Thirdly,when determining the index weight,choose to use network analytic hierarchy process(ANP),fully considering the index between depend on each other and feedback the influence of factors on distribution of weight,make final weighting more reflect the real situation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of membership degree matrix and gray clustering evaluation method,constructs the center of based on triangular whitenization weight function of housing industrialization maturity gray clustering evaluation model.Finally,the case study was carried out in Zhengzhou city.Firstly,the grey prediction model of GM(1,1)was established,and the data of Zhengzhou city in2017 was predicted by MATLAB software.Then use the paper established maturity assessment model of Zhengzhou 2017 prefabricated housing industrialization stage of development ability and the evaluation,the results show that in 2017 in Zhengzhou prefabricated housing industrialization maturity as the development level of "transition",belongs to the primary stage;And based on the evaluation results,the paper briefly puts forward the development proposal of Zhengzhou residential industrialization in the future.
