In the rapid development of knowledge economy era, knowledge and talent has become theimportant resources of the core competitive force in the enterprise. For enterprise, most of theknowledge exist in the brain or the skills, usually can’t be expressed intuitively and difficultlytransferred, its value is not easy to be accurate measure. And face to face communication, observationand imitation is the most direct and the best way to spread and transfer this knowledge. Enterprisementoring program break original enterprise fortified class, create an active and unlimited face-to-facecommunication mode, which is beneficial to sharing and transferring knowledge between employees.However, in the enterprise knowledge management practice, not all of the knowledge sharingbehavior can play effective role, in practice there are a large number of “knowledge sharing behavior,without knowledge sharing effect” phenomenon. With intellective and environmental uncertainty, andthe influence of traditional thought “church disciple, starve to death teacher”, resulting in thementorship low efficiency of knowledge sharing and transfer. In China, there are lack of establishedtracking、feedback and evaluation mechanism in enterprise mentoring program, makes the mentorshipbe a mere formality. Therefore, whether business or academia are urgent need to build a set of feasibleeffectiveness evaluation index system of knowledge sharing and transfer in mentoring program.First, Combining with enterprise mentoring knowledge sharing and transfer characteristicsanalysis and the connotation research of the general validity, the paper point out the definition andcomposition of enterprise mentoring knowledge sharing and transfer effectiveness. Second, Throughthe mentoring target analysis and the mentoring knowledge sharing and transfer effect analysis, set upthe initial evaluation indicator system based on theory, then put it into questionnaire. Based on therecycled effective questionnaire, use the factor analysis method to carry on the factor extraction andexplain capability analysis, and delete the index that the load factor is less than0.5in each principalcomponent, and determine the evaluation indicator system. Finally, use the extension evaluationmethod, and use the correlation function to accurately describe the ownership at all levels ofindicators in the evaluation grades, meanwhile, put this method into the determination of the weight.And use the case analysis to verify the conclusion.
