China’s paper industry and paper industry is the world’s largest consumer andproducer countries, paper and paper industry has been a part of China’s economicgrowth. Production and consumption of China’s paper industry is growing year byyear since2000, increased to92.7million tons and91.73million tons from30.5million tons in2000and35.75million tons, with average annual production growthof11.76%average annual consumption an increase of9.88%. According to thestatistics of the National Bureau of Statistics2010enterprises above designated size,the2010paper and paper products industry, industrial output value of1.05599trillionyuan,36.49billion yuan which the pulp manufacturing, paper (includingmachine-made paper, handmade paper, the processing of paper) the output value of585.04billion yuan, The national industrial output value of70.777216trillion yuan.On this basis, the gross industrial output value of paper and paper products industryaccounted for1.49%of the national industrial output value. Domestic paperconsumption is relatively stable growth, supply improvement industry the opportunityto appear logical.Quanzhou Quaker Paper Co., Ltd. was founded in October1999, a paper R&D,production and sales in one company, total investment390million yuan, enterprisetype for the private sector, more than500employees, covers an area of nearly300acres. Overall planning for the annual output of500,000tons of high-end industrialpackaging paper company, the leading product of white cardboard, cultural paper,cardboard, plaster retaining tissue paper, paper pulp production, sales. The annualoutput of about700million yuan. The company has offices in30provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions and the products are exported to SoutheastAsia and other countries and regions. In thispaper theauthor studied mainly from the following aspects:1.China’s paper industry. Author from China’s paper and paperboard production and consumption, imports and exports of Chinese Paper Chinese Paper pollution andenvironmental conditions, the distribution of the paper manufacturing enterprises inChina, China’s paper industry is changing five aspects of Paper industry.2. Quaker Paper Environmental Analysis. Article by the external environmentand internal environment of Quaker Paper. The external environment analysis fromthe political environment, economic environment, social environment, technologicalenvironment, the four aspects of the analysis; internal environment from the QuakerPaper enterprise resources, enterprise capabilities, three aspects of corporate culturewere analyzed, which include enterprise resource Quaker Paper human resources,financial resources, material resources, enterprise capabilities including QuakerPaper’s enterprise products, enterprise organization structure of the two aspects.3.The Quaker Paper SWOT analysis.
