In2020, our country will become an innovative country. Innovation-orientedenterprises of strong innovative ability and the ability to adapt to the market is becomingstrong force in the process of innovative country. Although in recent years,innovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi is constantly developing and expanding, butwe also see, no matter enterprise quantity, or enterprise scale, the growth speed anddeveloped provinces of innovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi still exists a great gap.And the good development of innovation-oriented enterprises needs a good growthenvironment. At present, the growth environment of innovation-oriented enterprises stillhas many problems. Therefore, the growth environment evaluation of innovation-orientedenterprises in Guangxi, and put forward the optimization countermeasures have importantpractical significance. The paper puts the external environment as growth environment tothe object of study, focusing on the growth environment evaluation of innovation-orientedenterprises in Guangxi, and according to the evaluation results puts forward optimizationcountermeasures about the growth environment of innovation-oriented enterprises inGuangxi.Based on the analysis of the system of the growth environment ofinnovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi, combined with the actual situation of thegrowth environment of innovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi, the paper constructs anevaluation index system of the growth environment of innovation-oriented enterprises inGuangxi, uses the fuzzy mathematics method to analysis and evaluate the growthenvironment, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents include five aspects. Firstly, this thesis is to explain the systemtheory about the growth environment of innovation-oriented enterprises. Secondly, thisthesis is to analysis the situation about the growth environment of innovation-orientedenterprises in Guangxi. In seven aspects, the natural environment, policy and lawenvironment, mortal and cultural environment, investment and financing environment,science and technology environment, market environment and the social serviceenvironment are introduced the present situation about the growth environment. Thirdly,this thesis is to build an evaluation system about the growth environment ofinnovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi, first puts forward the construction ofevaluation index system principle about the growth environment, then designs anevaluation index system about the growth environment, proposes the method ofdetermining the index weight, and constructs an analysis model about the growthenvironment. Fourthly, this thesis is to carry out the empirical analysis about the growthenvironment of innovation-oriented enterprises in Guangxi, firstly determines the weightsof evaluation index system about the growth environment and secondly evaluates thegrowth environment comprehensively, and analysis the evaluation result, finds out theexisting problems. Fifthly, this thesis is aimed at the analysis question about evaluation result, combining the reality of Guangxi, accordingly from seven aspects puts forwardoptimization countermeasures about the growth environment of innovation-orientedenterprises in Guangxi.The research result of the thesis provides certain theoretical basis for Guangxi relateddepartments to take appropriate measures to optimize the growth environment ofinnovation-oriented enterprises, to help the healthy growth of innovation-orientedenterprises in Guangxi.
