The Current Situation, Problem And Countermeasures Of The Growth Environment Of Chongqing SMEs

Whether in developed or developing countries, small and medium-sized enterprises are not only playing an important and unignored position in the national economic development, but also an important economic rise pole for the social stability, creating more employment and flourishing economy. Particularly in moderm times, SMEs is to promote innovation and meets the diverse needs of the body with the shortened life recycling of products,the technology updates faster, and convenient transmission of information. However, due to its small size of SMEs, funding shortages, low technology and equipment, competitive disadvantage and poor aspect determines the development of SMEs can not well without a good external growth environment. Therefore it has important practical significance to provide SMEs with a good external environment for development.In the study of how to support and promote the development of SMEs , domestic and foreign economists have research in all the aspects of the the policy, financing and market. In this thesis,I reference the previous research results and take Chongqing SMEs as example through the base of research and based on the specific conditions,to found the growth of its basic characteristics and identify the main problems existing in the process, explore the development of a good growth environment at last.This research supplies references to improve competition of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing city and intercity rivalry.This paper have five chapters.The first chapter, Introduction. It is mainly on the research background, significance of the topic, topic areas of review and evaluation of relevant theories, methods and contents of the arrangements .The second chapter probes into the interrelated theories.Firstly,it gives the concrete relational concept of SMEs, analysis of countries in the world to define standards on SMEs in general,and a brief introduction by SMEs in China. In addition, from the economic growth, social stability and job security and special rural reform in Chongqing and other aspects to elaborate the significance for the development of SMEs.Secondly, it analyzes the concept of growth environment, the elements of composition and its significance,meanwhile constructs SIMPF as the model of SMEs growth environment.The third chapter,the mainly problems in chongqing SMEs'growth environment. Through the questionnaire survey and state of the environment on the growth of SMEs in Chongqing and on the further to find which aspects of the growth environmental problems.The forth chapter, the experiences of domestic and international.We can obtain some inspiration from the experiences of some countries or region in the world.It mainly analyzes the measures of the United States,Italy, Japan and Taiwan region,particularly in many aspects of the external reference support system for SME- s development in Chongqing have a major enlightenment.The fifth chapter,it makes basic conclusions and solutions. It focuses on what solutions should we take when we want to support and promote the develppment of Chongqing SMEs,and on this basis it propose how to establish the comprehensive support system of countermeasures for Chongqing SMEs.
