With gradually fierce competition in real estate and changes in marketenvironment, investment in real estate has changed from obtaining super profit toacquiring average profit. Project investment is required to go through scientific andnorm planning so that it can avoid risks for exploitation and obtain normal industrialprofit. Therefore, any project in a real estate company, is required to be conducted withscientific evaluation research, especially research in market environment, investmentand profit evaluation so that it can succeed among competition.In this paper, it firstly gives brief introduction to economic evaluation theories. Itdraws conclusion on the major market environment through analyzing project A’smacroeconomic environment, regional market environment and comparable cases; itdefines the project’s initial plan positioning through judging its requirements, meritsand demerits, and opportunities and threats; based on analysis on the major index forproject evaluation, it adopts comparable method, uncertainty and other economicevaluation methods to evaluate the investment assessment and investment earning; italso makes initial judgment on the major risk.With practical project in real estate enterprise as study object, it conductsfeasibility study, which provides objective basis and theoretical support for decisionmaker and which is of great practical significance for project policy decision of realestate enterprise.
