Based Agricultural Heritage Tourism Development Model Of Tourism Perception

With the development of the concept of “Global Important AgriculturalHeritage” came up by FAO in the project of “Globally Important AgriculturalHeritage Systems” and the acceleration of the global urbanization process,Agricultural Heritage Tourism research has already been one aspect of the mostimportant researches in the field of tourism development. The research onAgricultural Heritage Tourism of Yuanyang Hani Terrace tourist is not only conduciveto promoting regional economy and improving the protection awareness ofcommunity residents, but also providing a theoretical basis and solution ideas for theAgricultural Heritage Tourism developing modes.The researching purpose is to establish the developing mode that is conducive tothe sustainable development of the Agricultural Heritage Tourism and suitable for thereal condition of Yuanyang Hani Terrace tourist, by standing on the perspective ofhost-guest perceptions of tourism, using factor analysis model and principalcomponent factor model to analyze some key factors that influence the tourismperceptions, satisfaction, loyalty of both local residents and tourists.The article is divided into three parts and a total of seven chapters: the first partis the research overview and the current condition of the Agricultural HeritageTourism developing model, including Chapter I to Chapter III. It mainly discussed theresearch background, research significance, research methods, as well as the reviewsand commentary of both domestic and international Agricultural Heritage researches,host-guest tourism perception researches and the developing models of AgriculturalHeritage Tourism.The second part is to analyze the regional context, research the host-guestperceptions and establish the developing models of Agricultural Heritage Tourism inYuanyang Hani Terrace Tourist, including the Chapter IV to the Chapter VI. It mainlyanalyzed the developing background of Yuanyang County and the Yuanyang Hani Terrace Tourist, researched the “host-guest” perception based on the factor analysismodel and principal component analysis model, proposed three targeted developingmodels, namely “eco-tourism developing model”,“resources-market developingmodel”,“management and operation developing model”.The third part is the main conclusions, innovation and outlook of this study,which is also the Chapter VII.Compared to the traditional macro and industry research perspective, for theAgricultural Heritage Tourism development of some underdeveloped areas, usinghost-guest perception to assess the current situation and prospects of their tourismdevelopment is more scientific and universal. Therefore, the host-guest perceptions oftourism has provided a universal framework and starting point for Yuanyang Countyand other underdeveloped areas on the developing models of Agricultural HeritageTourism.
