The Study On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Tourism In Yuanyang Terrace Heritage Area

This study examines the situation of rural tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraces Heritage Area,explores the new model of tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraces heritage area,and proposes new ideas for the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraces Heritage area in Yunnan.The dissertation first summarizes the domestic and foreign concepts of poverty,tourism poverty alleviation,and community participation,and clarifies the research objects and related concepts and theories of this article.Secondly,based on the theory of sustainable development,stakeholder theory and community participation theory,we summarize the relevant literature to clarify the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of tourism poverty.Then,through literature research method and field research method,the in-depth study of tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraced Heritage Area is carried out,and the current situation and existing problems of tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraced Heritage area are sorted out,and relevant research conclusions are drawn.Finally,in combination with the actual situation of Yuanyang Terraced Heritage Area,explore a new model of tourism poverty alleviation in Yuanyang Terraced Heritage Area.This paper studies and analyzes the difficulties faced by rural poverty governance in Yuanyang,clarifies the necessity and conditions for rural tourism poverty alleviation in terraced heritage areas,and actually describes the status of rural tourism poverty alleviation in terraced heritage areas,and through Jingkou Village and Azheke Village.Case study in depth.The paper analyzes the role of local government,tourism enterprises,rural communities,and poor households in the important stakeholders of tourism poverty alleviation.The study found that the Yuanyang County Government should formulate policies that meet the actual development needs of each village on the basis of in-depth investigation of the actual poverty situation in various places and existing resources,and guide various social forces to participate in poverty alleviation in rural tourism.As a tourism enterprise,it is necessary to change the traditional concept of "owner",change the understanding of the relationship between the enterprise and the local government and residents from a competitive concept to a cooperative concept that helps each other to achieve a win-win situation,and reflect the humane care of the tourism community.Play a social role and shouldersocial responsibility.As a rural community,it is necessary to give full play to the main role of participating in tourism poverty alleviation and balance the interests of local governments,foreign enterprises,rural communities,and poor households.The research proposes that in the development of rural tourism poverty alleviation in the Yuanyang Terraced Heritage Area,the government should play a leading role and actively coordinate multi-party relations;carry out multi-party support cooperation and innovate the rural tourism poverty alleviation model;strengthen institutional construction and establish a tourism and poverty alleviation benefit linkage mechanism;achieve multi-sector collaboration and develop and improve the working mechanism of poverty alleviation through tourism.
