In recent years, the environmental effects of income increasingly prominent, international trade liberalization has also been a general trend. The Conclusions about environmental consequences affected by trade liberalization and many other issues will directly affect one country’s environment and trade policy, and thus affect global trade patterns in multinational dynamic game conditions, change the country’s trade endowments and comparative advantage.Firstly, this article analyses the relationship between income, trade, and environmental damage theoretically, And then, a comprehensive indicator of environmental damage, which includes6major environmental pollution indicators that belong to21representative countries between1990and2011,will be established by using factor analysis. After all these preparation works have been done, the gray relational analysis will be applied to test the correlations between trade growth and environmental damage in these21nations. Finally, at the same time, the location of the latest points of these countries in their respective EKC curve are supposed to considered as evaluation criteria to compare separately the development of the economy and trade to environmental damage situations in all these21countries.The results of the study show that:(1) the level of contamination with income levels as well as trade increased first increased and then decreased;(2) a representative national trade growth and environmental damage off a very high degree of joint;(3) inverted U-shaped path is the main way which trade growth impacts environment;(4) Currently, almost all the environment-improving nations are developed nations, correspondingly, however, it is more common that environment-deteriorating countries are developing countries.(5) The growth of Chinese scale causes environmental pollution, the change of economic growth structure from the accumulation of physical capital to human capital accumulation will make environmental conditions improve in the short term but long term effect is not significant. The influence of production technology innovations will improve the environment present situation in both short and long term, the gross effect of trade on the environment is negative.
