The real estate industry can promote the development of otherrelated industries, it plays an important role in national economy, has contributed a lot toour country’s GDP. Therefore, the real estate industry has attracted widespread attentionfrom all walks of life. In recent years, the state strengthens the macroeconomic regulationand control of real estate industry, introduced a severe control policy, this is a big challengefor the real estate industry. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate theperformance of the real estate industry and on the basis of improving its corecompetitiveness.This paper selected the30listed real estate companies from the Shenzhen stockexchange and Shanghai stock exchange, represented by the30companies, we select the22financial indicators from the aspects of profitability, asset quality, debt risk status, businessgrowth, and we also select8management performance indicators of strategicmanagement, development innovation, the management decision-making, risk control,infrastructure management, human resources and industry influence, social contribution toevaluate the performance of real estate industry using the performance evaluation measuresof SASAC Enterprises. Through carries on the performance evaluation, we can find outsome problems in the process of operation and management, and to solve these problems,reasonable and effective improvement measures and suggestions are put forward. Forimproving competitive ability and promoting the operation and management of the realestate listed companies, it plays a decisive role.
