Research On The Collaborative Relationship Between Transport Enterprises And Interrelated Enterprises Under The Supply Chain

Transport enterprises is the company to provide transportation services products,whichacts as an important role in the modern economic and social life. Under the popularity ofinformation technology, the environment of global economic integration and the marketopening magnifies, market competition changes into a competition betweenorganizations.Transport enterprises hope to gain a competitive advantage, transportenterprises must establish a close collaborative relationship with supply chain enterprises bytrust method. So,Transport enterprises and interrelated enterprise can share resources, risksand profit together,enhance market responsiveness and ability to resist risks.In this paper, though the literature, the theoretical analysis, the comparative study and theorganization relationship, game theory to analyze the necessity between transport enterprisesand enterprises to establish collaborative relationships. Then get the reasons to build thecollaboration relationship of transport enterprises and enterprise were to eliminate theuncertainty of the transport demand, to avoid information risk, to avoid the risk of investmentin specific assets, to reduce the operating costs of transport enterprise, to shorten the serviceresponse time, to enhance the level of transport services. Based on the contract tradingrelationship, this paper divided into collaborative relationships to understand cooperationrelationship and trust collaborative relationship. Repeated cooperative game based on thePrisoner’s Dilemma, this paper analyzed transport enterprises in collaboration with therelevant enterprises operating mechanism, come the best mode of collaboration is trustcollaborative relationship. In the analysis of the motivation and mechanism of collaborativerelationships established on the basis, this paper pointed out five way to transport enterprisesand enterprises to establish collaborative relationships, which contained the corecompetencies, trust, information sharing, reliability rely on third-party certification. Then, thispaper proposed collaboration mechanisms, which prevention measure to prevent or eliminatethe risk of opportunism. At last, this paper combined with the actual situation of the transportenterprises in Xi’an, in real earnest to research50transport enterprises, used the statisticalsoftware SPSS18.0to analyzed the questionnaire data to come to trust the transportenterprises, the establishment of cooperative relations with the relevant enterprises play a key role. The communication, commitment, dependence and information factors, does not mean toestablish collaborative relationships can be ignored.
