The current urban green space, still use functions and the effectiveness as development goals. In particular as a result of fewer people and more and demand factors such as the expansion, the city must follow the compact, economical and efficient development pathway.Therefore, cities of the contradictions between the various functional sites will become even more acute.In china, Urbanization has become the focus of all,and in the process of urbanization, Green space planning and landscape conservation has become the hot spot of new Landscape-style urban construction.so green space especially scenic resource as an important heritage, How to conservate and cultivate, adjust and change, survive and develop,has become more and more difficulted.This study "The conservation and development research of Development Control Zones of Wuhan East-lake scenic areas ",is raises in the conditions of urban development, expansion and Land intensive of wuhan,which is the core city of "Rise of Central China". In Wuhan,the Scenic sites especially the Development Control Zones which is at the edge of of East-Lake scenic areas,has suffered serious disruptions and damage by Surrounding urban construction.The disruptions and damage make the Development Control Zones tattered ,such as Scenic sites and Scenic features Gradual loss and so on.Meanwhile, The development of the times request the Long-term location of the Development Control Zones which is in the transfer of the department of city and scenic areas,should combined with the surrounding urban development, then conformating new complex of green public space which composited by different distinctive landscapes, strong vitality of the city of humanities and more open space.In this paper,base on the issues of the Development Control Zones which is at the edge of of East-Lake scenic areas in the process of Wuhan urbanization, by analyzing the reasons and experience reference of domestic and foreign-related cases, research new strategies on conservation and development.
