Research On The Policy And Measures Of Upgrading Of The Industry Structure Of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration Development Zone

The important strategic fulcrum of the rise of central China strategy is in Hubei,the engine of Hubei’s economic and social development is in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration. Currently,the construction of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration development zone is in a critical period of accelerating development and upgrading transformation. It is of important significance in theory and reality aspects for enhancing competitive strength and development potential of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration,promoting "two type"of social development of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration, accelerating the construction and development of Hubei province development zone and promoting the rise of central China.Wuhan Urban Agglomeration development zone has played an important demonstration, radiation and leading role in the province’s economic development.At the same time, Wuhan Urban Agglomeration development zone also exists many problems in the development,such as the Industrial layout is convergence, the Industrial structure is unreasonable, the industry development level is low, the Industrial chain is shorter and so on.Therefore, it is very necessary to research the current situation and problems of the development zone and the industrial structure to achieve comprehensive optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of the development zone.This paper mainly adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods,combined with relevant theories of industry economics and method to analyzing the industrial structure of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration development zone.Finally, the public policy analysis method is adopted to designing the policy of promoting the industrial optimization and upgrading of Wuhan Urban Agglomeration development zone, and the implementation of the specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
