Public infrastructure is the basis of the national economy which is running a country to havesustainable development, it is necessary to develop public infrastructure. With China’s accession toWTO, is becoming more international, the national economy continued to develop rapidly,increasing the level of urbanization, public infrastructure gradual transition to the outsourcingmodel. Therefore, strengthening the outsourcing of public infrastructure becomes our top priority.At present, infrastructure outsourcing in the public there are still many problems, such as theright to rent-seeking caused by corruption, collusion with the contractor or the Employer, theEmployer’s regulatory issues, problems in the tendering process and the moral hazard problems.These have become a priority for the government to solve the problem, need to find thecorresponding solution.Read this article at home and abroad in a wide range of public infrastructure and outsourcing,based on the theory, the use of literature study and case analysis, on the outsourcing of publicinfrastructure in China conducted in-depth research.
