This article is based on the perspective of social responsibility to study the soft power ofChinese private enterprises. Under the special economic system of China,there is a large gap ofsoft power between sate-owned enterprise and private enterprise,because of the big differences inenterprise system、culture、structure of corporate and the behavior of social responsibility. First,this article reviewed and summarized the theories about social responsibility and soft power.Second, I analyzed the relationship between the behavior of social responsibility and soft power.Third, by combing with the current situation of Chinese private enterprise and the opinions ofrelated experts,I built the structure model of private enterprise soft power from the perspective ofsocial responsibility,and established a complete evaluation system of soft power based on the AHP.Forth,this article selected the Geely Group as a case to verify the evaluation system. At last,Iproposed tactics to improve the soft power of private enterprise.The main conclusion for this paper as follows:1、 Presently,the Chinese private enterprise behaviors of social responsibility are deficiency,and the level soft power is low.2、 The behavior of social responsibility will help improve the soft power about sustainabledevelopment、public relations、corporate image、risk control and so on.3、 According to the evaluation system of Chinese private enterprise soft power,we canfound that social image is the most important part of soft power. And then is the capacity ofmanagement、integrating resource and sustainable development.4、 Chinese private enterprise can improve its soft power by enhancing the capacity ofmanagement、social image、integrating resource and sustainable development.
