With the rapid development of the domestic economy and communication industry, thetelecom system integration market has maintained a sustained growth in recent years. Along withthe start of the "broadband speeding up" project and the requirements of the twelfth five-yeardevelopment planning, the telecom industry, especially the broadband data service, mobile dataservice will usher in rapid development. The huge investment in the network construction bringsgreat development prospects to the field of telecom system integration. The boom will continuefor a long time. At the same time, after20years of development, the development of customerdemand and technology have undergone great changes on the telecom system integration market.With the intensifying industry competition and decreasing profits, the industry profit rate hasdropped to a very low level.Focusing on the operators market, HDK company is faced with severe competitionenvironment. In order to achieve competitive advantage and to maintain the company’s long-termdevelopment, it must explore must marketing strategy combined with the theory of marketing tomake up effective marketing methods.The paper firstly introduces the research background, research purpose, significance, researchmethods and the main research content. Then it introduces the current situation, the problem ofHDK company and the basic situation of HDK company. At the same time, the company’sexisting marketing strategy and existing problems are summarized and illustrated. Analyzing theinternal and external environment, the current situation of HDK company, and the market, thispaper concludes effective results and information from four aspects-the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities, and threats.
